As promised, in this post and in the meditation linked to it, I provide steps to go deeper and awaken more, and help you experience a Miracle Day.  The process that I'll take you through is intangible. I know from doing this work for over 17 years that for you to really understand this concept you can’t just read about it. You have to experience it, you have to feel it, and there has to be an energetic shift for it to really work. You can read all the books in the world, do all the seminars in the world, and do all the personal development available, but unless you have a shift at soul level, you won’t have lasting change. Even though it's unexplainable, I will do my best to put it into a few words here, before you experience the meditation.

Sometimes in life we feel helpless and overwhelmed.

If we look at our whole life, and everything we need to do, even on a good day (or even worse, on a bad day) it can be completely overwhelming. But as hard as it might be to hear, the universe never makes mistakes, and that is why you are here reading this now. You are in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, and everything is always perfect. This also means that what you will go through in this meditation is exactly what you need to experience right now.

You being here at the age you are now, I know means you have survived an incredible series of miracles. Sometimes we take our life for granted and we don’t appreciate how fragile and precious life can be.

My wish for you through this process is that you will have a feeling of coming home to your truth, your real calling and a deepened sense of remembering who you are.

Because you have survived an incredible series of miracles, because of what you have been through, has been in preparation to begin the real work on being able to turn an ordinary day into a miracle day.

I know that after spending time with me going through the Miracle Day steps and doing the Miracle Day Meditation you will feel so happy and relieved that it can be this simple.

Things in life are simple but not easy. I can show you the door, but you have to open it.

So let's take a peek through the door.

Step One: go into a situation that you are facing that is a really ordinary day. Remember from my last post, this ordinary day is something that might be keeping you up at night or might even be making you feel like vomiting!

Step Two: because this is a Miracle Day go through each part patiently and optimistically. Rather than focusing on what might go wrong, focus on creating a small shift in consciousness. As an example, you might have just read a legal document that made you feel like crying. Tell yourself that today is a Miracle Day, and ask yourself how you might behave differently now that everything is OK. You might choose to be in your power and be present. You might choose to stay centered and refuse to let the situation get to you. Choose to relax. Choose to be calm. Choose to take the pressure off yourself. Choose to be confident. It's a Miracle Day so you can behave in the best way possible!

So imagine a Miracle Day in your life: what would that look like? How would you feel? What would you say? How would you respond?
